Code of Conduct 2026
-Each crafter/business is allowed to rent one table or the space equivalent to that table. If you are bringing floor displays, they need to fit into the space that you are renting or you may be asked to remove the display. Nothing may be stapled, wired, nailed or taped to the walls or floor. Nothing may hang from the walls.
-The table/space must be manned for the duration of the craft sale.
-We reserve the right to move crafters/businesses to another table/space if necessary.
-Please be prompt for set up and start times or your space may be relocated or sold. Doors will open for set up at 1:30 PM on December 4, 2026. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate earlier set up.
-Payment will be made online only. No refunds will be given.
-Remember to treat ALL volunteers, staff and shoppers with respect and be aware that inappropriate language or behaviour will not be tolerated. In the case of unsuitable actions within the church building, we will have no option but to ask that person or crafter to leave the craft sale with no refund and no monetary compensation.
-Church property is private property and shall be treated with care and respect.
-You may be asked to remove from the sale any item that contravenes the City of Calgary bylaws or any item deemed inappropriate by a member of the HHAC Craft Sale Committee
-The crafts sold must be what are stated on the application form.
-Harvest Hills Alliance Church or anyone connected with the HHAC Christmas Craft Fair & Tea, will not be held responsible for any loss, for any reason, of goods left on the premises prior to, during, and between, sale hours.
